The production capacity target set for this project is 6000 tons per hour (6000tph), which imposes strict requirements on the performance and configuration of production equipment.
In terms of the configuration of the crushing equipment, 2 units 1600 specification PXZ series rotary crushers were used. This PXZ series rotary crusher has a unique structural design and advanced working principle. Its crushing chamber has been optimized to achieve efficient extrusion and crushing of materials through relative motion between the moving cone and the fixed cone after they enter the crushing chamber. Its larger feeding port size and crushing ratio range enable it to adapt to material inputs of different particle sizes and hardness, effectively crushing large materials into smaller particles, providing ideal material conditions for subsequent intermediate and fine crushing operations.
In addition, it is equipped with 4 uints of CH890 single cylinder hydraulic cone crushers and 8 units of CH870 single cylinder hydraulic cone crushers. As a high-performance cone crusher, the CH890 single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher adopts advanced hydraulic control system and automation adjustment technology, which can adjust the crushing parameters in real time according to the properties of materials and production needs, ensuring the stability and efficiency of the crushing process. Its multi-layer crushing chamber structure design allows the material to be subjected to multiple squeezing and crushing actions during the crushing process, further improving the crushing effect and the uniformity of product particle size. The CH870 single cylinder cone crusher not only ensures crushing efficiency, but also pays more attention to the reliability and ease of maintenance of the equipment. Its compact structural design and high-quality wear-resistant material application reduce the equipment's failure rate and maintenance costs, providing strong guarantees for long-term stable operation. These 4 units of CH890 single cylinder cone crushers and 8 units of CH870 single cylinder cone crusher, combined with 2 units 1600 PXZ series rotary crushers, form a complete crushing production system.
Through reasonable process flow and equipment collaboration, the advantages of each equipment can be fully utilized to achieve a stable production capacity output of 6000 tons per hour.
