Its working principle is based on the relative motion between the moving cone and the fixed cone. When the material is sent into the crushing chamber, it will be subjected to strong compression and crushing forces under the rotation of the moving cone. Due to its large feeding port size, PXZ series rotary crusher can easily accommodate the entry of large pieces of material, providing convenient conditions for the subsequent crushing process. At the same time, the PXZ series rotary crusher  has wide range of crushing ratios enables it to adapt to material inputs of different particle sizes and hardness. Whether it is hard rocks or larger ore raw materials, they can be efficiently crushed into smaller particles, thus building an ideal material foundation for subsequent intermediate and fine crushing operations.


In addition to the PXZ series rotary crusher, four H700 multi cylinder hydraulic cone crushers are also equipped for coarse and fine crushing operations. Among these 4 units of H700 multi cylinder hydraulic cone crushers, 2 units are specifically used for coarse crushing operations. The H700 multi cylinder hydraulic cone crusher (coarse crushing), with its powerful crushing ability and stable performance, undertakes the important task of preliminary crushing of materials. It can quickly crush larger pieces of material into relatively smaller particles, reducing pressure for subsequent fine crushing operations. The design of the crushing chamber and high-performance crushing components ensure that materials can be uniformly and efficiently crushed during the coarse crushing process, effectively improving production efficiency.


In addition, two H700 multi cylinder hydraulic cone crushers are used in the fine crushing process. After rough crushing, the material enters the fine crushing equipment, and the H700 multi cylinder hydraulic cone crusher (fine crushing) further leverages its advantages in fine crushing. It adopts advanced crushing technology and high-precision crushing chamber structure, which can crush materials into finer and more uniform particles, meeting the strict requirements for product particle size. Through the design of a multi-layer crushing chamber structure, the material undergoes multiple squeezing and crushing processes, which not only further improves the crushing effect, but also ensures the reliable uniformity of the final product particle size.


In the actual production process, these two units 1200 PXZ series rotaary crushers, two H700 type multi cylinder hydraulic cone crushers (coarse crushing) equipment, and two H700 type multi cylinder hydraulic cone crushers (fine crushing) cooperate closely and form a complete and efficient crushing production system. The entire process proceeds smoothly from the initial input of materials to the final output of crushed products.
